Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique  ShipDisney Fantasy

 When young princesses-to-be make their royal entrance at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique they are greeted by their very own Fairy Godmother-in-training who transforms them with magical makeovers. (Guests ages 3 - 12)

On pirate party nights aboard the Disney Fantasy, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique transforms into a swashbuckler's hideaway where boys, girls and grownups can get ready for the pirate life. (Guests ages 3 and up)

In order to reserve packages at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, log onto disneycruise.com and select My Cruise Activities from the Planning Center drop-down menu. For the Royal Sea Package only, click here to download an order form. Once completed the form should be emailed to DCL.SHORE.EXCURSIONS@disney.com.

You may also make a reservation while aboard the ship by calling or visiting Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, located on Deck 5, Midship. Appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Because space is extremely limited, be sure to book your appointment early.

Additional charges apply for Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeovers. A $10.00 per person cancellation charge will be applied to the Guests' folio when Guests do not show or have not cancelled their appointment 24 hours or more prior to the reserved time. All pricing in US dollars.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

When planning a Disney Cruise Line® vacation, the only thing you will want to worry about is which suntan lotion to pack! Just as we have created a vacation that anticipates every need, we have also planned for the unexpected by arranging the Disney Cruise Vacation Protection Plan.

It's designed to give peace of mind by protecting vacation investment, health and belongings. The Plan is a combination of travel insurance benefits and emergency hotline services created and provided by Allianz Global Assistance. Below is a brief summary of what is included.

  • Trip Cancellation/Interruption Protection* for any non-refundable fees if you must cancel or interrupt the trip due to a covered medical condition or other specified cause. Trip Cancellation coverage is effective when full payment is received by Disney Cruise Line.
  • Travel Delay Protection* for reasonable, additional traveling expenses incurred up to $500 due to a covered travel delay.
  • Emergency Medical/Dental Benefits* if you suffer a covered accidental injury or illness while on the trip, you will be reimbursed up to $10,000 for covered emergency medical and dental expenses.
  • Emergency Medical Transportation to the nearest appropriate medical facility due to a covered illness or injury incurred for up to $30,000.
  • Baggage Coverage* and Delay Protection* for a covered loss, theft, or damage to personal effects up to $3,000. For baggage delays of more than 24 hours, the Plan provides reimbursement up to $500 for the purchase of essential items.
  • Emergency Assistance with a world-wide 24-hour hotline for help with travel-related problems such as lost travel documents and emergency cash transfers.

COST: 8% of the per person voyage fare, including the non-commissionable portion of the voyage fare. The minimum per person cost is $29 and the maximum per person cost is $399.

DEPOSIT POLICY

For all bookings which require a deposit, the amount due is 20% of the cruise fare (including the non-commissionable fare). This deposit policy applies to all stateroom Guests (including children under age 3).

The deposit requirement is for:

  • All new bookings
  • Bookings in which the sail date has changed
  • Bookings that are reinstated

Final Payment

Your full and final payment depends on the length of your cruise, the embark and debark port, and if you are staying in a suite/concierge stateroom or a non-suite/non-concierge stateroom:

For cruises less than 10 days where the embark and debark port is a U.S. Port, the final payment for suite/concierge staterooms must be made 90 days or more prior to departure. For non-suite/non-concierge staterooms the final payment must be made 75 days or more prior to departure.

For cruises of 10 days or more and cruises less than 10 days but where the embark or debark port is a non-U.S. Port, payments for suites/concierge staterooms is due 150 days or more prior to departure and non-suite/non-concierge staterooms the payment is due 120 days or more prior to departure.

Booking special on-board activities, port adventures, special dining reservations, and children's activities is dependent upon the reservation being made in full.
